Hi, I’m looking to team up with someone on a . bathroom apartment. I’m also open to renting a private, unfurnished room. I have one cat and she’s an absolute sweetheart, has no accidents, and I trim her claws frequently. I’m clean, respectful, and easy going. I have two jobs (house and grounds keeping), a side gig (paid theatre performer), and I will be going back to school for a degree in Mortuary Science.
