hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my -bathroom apartment in the NoMa/Eckington area of D.C.

about the lease:
• -month lease beginning September
• Monthly rent is $ each (not including utilities)
• Utilities range from around $ each per month (mainly depending on the electric bill for AC/heating)
• No security deposit needed but there is a $ renewal amenity fee we’d split

about your room:
• Your own en suite bathroom
• Can come furnished if you want to buy my roommate’s furniture
• No windows (bc of the apartment layout, only the common space has actual windows)
• Starred in the attached floor plan

about the apartment:
• In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher
• Living room/kitchen are furnished—and you’re welcome to use any of my kitchen stuff (dishware, air fryer, blender, toaster, etc)
• Key fob entry for lobby, elevator, package room, and apartment
• -minute walk to NoMa/Gallaudet Metro station on the Red Line
• Also about minutes from Trader Joe’s and Harris Teeter
• Building has a gym and rooftop lounge; neighboring building we have access to has a rooftop pool
• Parking spot available for $/month

a little about me:
• I’m years old and work 3 days from home and 2 days in office as an editor/writer
• I have two cats who are pretty cowardly and shy toward strangers but not at all aggressive; all their food and litter boxes stay in my room
• I cook occasionally but I prefer baking and am happy to share any baked goods!
• I rarely have visitors but will give you a heads up if I do

a little about you:
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check
• Cannot have any pets but must be okay with cats!
• No smoking
