-You would have 2 bedrooms with 2 walk-in closets and a full bathroom, roommate is in master bedroom/bathroom
-All wood floors 😍
-Lawncare is taken care of
-Large fenced Backyard with deck space and fenced front yard with covered front patio
-Large shared living room and kitchen/Stainless steel kitchen appliances (updated from photos) & washer/drier, dishwasher
-Private landlord that lives close by
-Ring camera installed on front door
-Total rent is $ so split in each. If you decide to get a third roommate in the other bedroom, you can negotiate rates with the current roommate here to ensure fairness for all
-Security Deposit is $ owed to landlord
-Must be female, LGBTQ-friendly, pet-friendly
-Current roommate is in her late s, cleanly, organized, and works from home a couple days a week typically, does not party or drink (but will not judge you for doing so, so long as it’s not into the late hours of the night).
