3bed1bath walking distance from downtown Ferndale! Off street parking behind the property. In unit laundry, backyard(no back fence though), walled in front porch, updated and large kitchen.

Currently I am looking for a roommate for one empty room in this house. It is fairly large and just off from the shared bathroom! There are two other human roommates and two cat roommates here as well. The humans are respectful and quiet. The cats are talkative and never pay rent, but at least you’ll never be lonely?

Common areas are fully furnished which you are welcome to use including tv, whatever subscriptions I might have running on it at any given time, every small kitchen appliance you can think of, dishes, etc.

Rent listed would be for one bedroom and includes the fiber internet I’ve already got set up! I am looking for immediate occupancy so I will be prioritizing those who are move in ready now. Also I have been leasing this place since May of last year and the lease will end April of next year, but I see no issue with the landlord letting us renew if people are looking to stay longer.
