Clearfield Roommate Wanted

Hey everyone! I have moved into a bath in the bravada apartments in March. I decided it might be time to look for a roommate if it’s a good fit! You’d have your own bathroom and bedroom (you’d need to furnish) but then the living room and kitchen are all furnished and cleaned up. Move in ready any time, just whenever is best for you.

A little about me: I’m and work as a nurse in bountiful, I have an ESA puppy who’s almost a year old. Yes she sheds, but I clean her up when I can. I play soccer and am going to Weber for my bachelors in nursing.

What I’m looking for: someone with a stable job, who can afford $ a month and another $ if you’d like a covered parking spot. Pets are additional fees, unless they’re ESA’s then the complex doesn’t charge monthly fees. Good credit and renting history and able to pass a background check for the apartment complex.

Everyone welcome as long as it’s a good fit, only one other pet is able to be added to the lease. September rent is due by end of August. In addition, there is $ security deposit and whatever fees required by the complex to add to the lease. All inquiries welcome! Rent includes utilities.
