Room in Manayunk opening up at the end of August/Early Sept.

rooms are already filled. A little about both your potential roommates - The first is super nice. Early ’s works in sales. The second guy will be renewing their lease and he’s super nice and sociable. He works as a bartender and works nights so you barely see him which means he tends to keep things clean. Both are LGBTQAI+ friendly.

A little about the property - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shared laundry. Open floor plan and nicely renovated kitchen. The living room and kitchen come furnished. Depending on the timeline I might even be able to have the bedroom furnished for you. We can chat about a potential additional fee for that each month if that’s something you’re interested in.

Rent would be $/month. You would share a bathroom with one other person and utilities would be split 3 ways.
