Roommate wanted

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my -bath home in Oakland. It’ll just be the two of us. The house is in a great spot, just a few blocks from Piedmont Ave—close to shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The room is private and comes with a private bathroom. It’s currently got a bed and rug in it, but I’m happy to remove them if you have your own furniture. There’s laundry in the house and street parking has never been an issue.

A bit about me: I’m a -year-old woman, work full time, live a pretty healthy lifestyle, and like working out, cooking, and reading. I keep things clean and calm at home. I’m social but also enjoy downtime, so I’m looking for someone who’s friendly and respectful—we don’t have to be best friends, but a good vibe is important.

You’d be living with me and my -year-old, 8-pound Pomeranian. He’s hard of hearing these days, but very sweet and will probably want to be your little buddy.

Move-in date is flexible—I’m happy to wait for the right fit. Ideally looking for someone clean, responsible, and easy to live with. No smoking, no heavy partying, and no other pets please.

Lease terms: Ideally 6 months, but open to a year. Rent is $ plus split utilities. $ security deposit.
