Hi neighbors!

We’re looking for a new female roommate to join our cozy and welcoming home in creekside west in Ontario, CA
! Our current roommate situation isn’t working out, and we’re hoping to find someone soon to make the transition smooth for everyone—especially for my mom, who owns the house and depends on rent income.

🏡 About the House:
• 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms
• You’ll be sharing a bathroom with our other roommate, Gloria
• Full access to the house: kitchen, living room, laundry, garage, etc.
• Additional fridge space in the garage
• Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to stores and major streets
• My mom is the landlord and lives in Mexico, but visits every few months for a weekend

👥 About Us:
• I live here with my girlfriend (we share the master bedroom)
• Gloria, my childhood best friend of + years, rents one room
• We’re friendly, communicative, and love to keep a peaceful, respectful environment
• We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and enjoys a homey vibe
• We all cook for each other, split groceries (optional), and clean together

🐾 Important Notes:
• We already have pets: Gloria has 1 cat, and I have dogs
→ Sorry, no additional pets allowed
• We deep clean every 2 weeks and rotate weekly chores—this is a must for us
• We’ve only ever had male roommates, but are now only seeking a female roommate for better household dynamics
