Hi! I’m a Nepali female student at Bay Atlantic University. I’m looking for an affordable room (under $ if possible), furnished or unfurnished, in areas like Capitol Hill, Arlington, Alexandria, Rosslyn, Silver Spring, Foggy Bottom, or Navy Yard—anywhere within 1 hour from downtown DC. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I speak Nepali, Hindi, and English. Prefer a safe neighborhood, close to public transport. I’m ready to move in ASAP.
