Looking for a respectful and reliable roommate to move into a private bedroom + bathroom (bathroom is next door to room) in my bath home located in Grove Park—just about minutes from Midtown!

The room is on the main floor, same as my own. It’s private, bright, and comes with its own bathroom.

Rent is $/month and includes all utilities (Wi-Fi, electric, water, etc.)

The home is in a quiet residential area, short drive to Westside Reservoir Park, the Beltline, and downtown.

I live here with my 8 year old son and year old my mom, who both stay in the fully finished basement area, so the upstairs stays pretty peaceful. We also have a friendly ESA golden doodle who loves people and cuddles

Looking for someone clean, responsible, and preferably chill. Great for a working professional or student. Must be okay living in a family-friendly home.
