Public transportation is just a couple blocks away which makes easy access to the locations mentioned above.

Looking for a considerate and quiet roommate to share my apartment with who ideally works away from home and doesn’t bring a party atmosphere. I’ve lived in this area my entire life and know it inside and out. If you’re someone who values a peaceful living environment, is respectful of your fellow neighbors , won’t bring the party home and is mindful of shared spaces, we’d probably be a great fit. Limited overnights aren’t out of the question but would like as much prior notice as possible. Landlord resides on the property and is responsive to any issues that may arise. Electrical portion of utilities is the only utility not included. We would need to be split on Electricity only.
