Description

The house is less than a 5-minute walk away from the Missouri State University campus.
All utilities are covered, there is a large backyard with a grill and vibrant garden, and chickens which provide the household with eggs. There are two friendly cats that already occupy the house and due to this, no other mammals nor birds are allowed. Fish, reptiles, amphibians and insects are perfectly fine. All basic amenities are covered and available. An additional closet/office space is available upon request.
