Room available for rent. Room is unfurnished. Must be pet friendly. Month to month term. Short or long term is okay. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. $ is with all utilities included. $ non refundable deposit, can be worked into rent if needed. This will cover a background check and any cleaning costs. Tenant will be liable for any damages caused in the home.

Roommates are to themselves for the most part and good people. There is a decent sized backyard and plenty of garage space if you need it. Room is an average sized space.

Rules are pretty simple, be respectful of others, clean up after yourself, be employed, and don’t cause or bring drama. Not a party house and no smoking inside. Also no excessive drinking, already had to deal with that before and I’m looking to avoid that.

Place is chill, neighborhood is quiet. Available for move in now.
