I’m Shawn — a responsible, clean, and laid-back professional in my s, working full-time in the food logistics industry. I’m looking to move into a space with good vibes and mutual respect. Ideally I’d like to stay under $/month (utilities included).

• I work afternoons/evenings, so I’m usually out of the way during the day.
• LGBTQ+ friendly (I’m gay myself), and I appreciate living with open-minded folks.
• I’m tidy, respectful of common spaces, and tend to keep to myself but I’m down for casual convo or sharing a meal now and then.
• I have a super sweet, well-behaved 4-year-old White Heeler — she’s house-trained, quiet, and great with people.
