My amazing roommate just got a job transfer to San Diego, so I'm renting the master bedroom to one person (no couples, please) with large walk-in closet, private bath with double sink, and patio in 2-bedroom first floor apartment with washer and dryer in unit and central A/C at Avenue of the Arts in Costa Mesa available now (flexible with move-in date). Comes with parking spot and one guest spot. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are furnished with new furniture and -foot flat-screen TV. Seeking someone polite, kind, and respectful with a secure job. Bonus if you like sports. The complex has amazing amenities: full gym (multiple rooms), rock climbing wall, pool tables, very nice clubhouse, movie theatre, 3 pools with hot tubs, and multiple grills. Great for bbqs and entertaining guests. Will consider well-trained pets that do not shed a lot and/or with an owner willing to vacuum regularly if they do shed. Apartment complex is walking distance to Southcoast Plaza, Philz Coffee, Starbuck’s, and many restaurants and bars.
