Description

You’ll have the whole downstairs to yourself - including a private bedroom, private bathroom, and your own living room area. It’s basically a studio setup with a shared kitchen and backyard.

The townhouse is in a gated, secure property in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen’s been recently upgraded, and there's an in-unit washer and dryer. The backyard is spacious, fenced, and private - great for relaxing and BBQs.

All utilities are included (electricity, water, gas, trash, Wi-Fi), so no extra bills—just one flat monthly rent. There’s ample parking, and if you need it, the room can be furnished for $/month.

Hey! I’m Navi and I’ve been in Reno for about two years now. I have two super-friendly cats who love attention. They're also well-trained and listen to commands, so if you're not a big fan, they will listen and give you space.

I moved up from San Diego, where I went to school. If you're new to Reno and want someone to show you around, I’m happy to help! And if you're a local who knows some hidden gems, I’m always down to explore more.

In my free time, I like hiking, cooking, and hitting the gym. I keep my space clean and organized (at least I try to) and appreciate someone who does the same.
