I have a room available in a fully furnished apartment within the Rancho Penasquitos area.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 office. The office has been set up as a guest room but I have rarely had guests. I occupy the master bedroom. The apartment is cozy and the perfect size for two roommates who lead busy lives, but it can also comfortably host shared weekends/evenings in. I'm sort of minimalist and would prefer a roommate who can also appreciate simplicity. No pets and no smoking.

Washer and dryer are on , and its communal access is limited to the 4 units of the building.

There is 1 shared parking spot and street parking is easy to find before pm. There is also extra storage or parking space in half a garage (its a 2-car garage that's shared with one of the neighbors).

You might have picked up on the fact that there is a lot of sharing. The neighbors in this community are also friendly and courteous with the shared spaces. So, I'm looking to offer this great price to a roommate who can fit in.
