Roommate Needed Sep 7th!

Hi! I currently live in a bath apartment at the Reserve at Harper's Point in Murfreesboro. My roommate will be moving out September seventh and I'm looking for someone to take his place. We would split everything (rent, electric, and internet) down the middle. You would have the master bedroom and a private bathroom. Not shown in the photos is tons of natural light! Everything is furnished except for your space. About me: I'm thirty-two woman and am in grad school. I spend most of my free time watching YouTube and hanging out with my pets (a cat and a dog). My ideal roommate works fulltime, has no pets, and is a non-smoker. I'm also not open to couples of any kind.
