The apartment is located in beautiful Little Italy in Downtown SD, steps away from a huge weekly farmer’s market and extremely close to the ocean. The neighborhood itself is super walkable and literal minutes away from all the restaurants and cafes in Little Italy.

This apartment is gorgeous and gets lots of natural light, with double doors that open onto a Juliette balcony in the living room which lets in the ocean breeze. It’s got really nice hardwood floors across the entire apartment and has both AC and ceiling fans available in every room.
