This is roommate style living as another tenant is already living in the condo as well. Condo includes EPB fiber optics Wi-Fi, water, and electricity, a shared living room, kitchen, dining area, and is furnished with a washing machine, dryer, all kitchen appliances, and a dining room table with chairs. 1 Small pet weighing under pounds is accepted. Located in Signal View Condos with amenities that include a community pool, fitness center, duck pond, dog park, playground, grills, and picnic tables. Conveniently located close to downtown Chattanooga, North Chattanooga, Hixson, Signal Mountain, UTC, and more. This room requires at least a 6-month lease. Per the condominium rules, even though I own the condo, you have to pay for and pass their $ credit and background checks before you can be approved to move in. Once you are approved by them, we sign my lease and pay a refundable $ Security deposit and $ for your 1st month rent. There is a nonrefundable pet deposit of $ if you have a cat or dog.
