I am looking to rent out a room in my home as my last tenant of 3 years is moving out of state.

I have a furnished room, or can be unfurnished, with private bathroom. The home is 1 minute to the interstate off exit (Sixes) on in Canton. The house is fully furnished, will have security features, and hopefully be a nice respite.

I’m looking for a professional with steady provable income, preferably yo and up depending, good references and rental history, who's friendly, respectful of the space, picks up after themselves, and is dog friendly. I have a sweet little dog and she'll be the only pet allowed in the home. I prefer a male housemate but I am open to female as my last housemate was, again depending.

I will want to meet locally or video call if out of state, to just chat and see if we'd be a good fit.

You'll get a chill respectful and fun landlord/housemate, your own furnished room, private bathroom, hi-speed wifi, electric, water, trash, sewer, use of shared space, washer/dryer, pantry space, half the fridge, netflix, prime, HBO, peacock access, driveway parking space, garage storage space, a short drive to anything you need, and board game nights and doggy cuddles if you want them!
