Master Bedroom for rent

Description

I have a master bedroom available for rent. Immediate move-in available. The house is located in the suburbs with a HOA. It is a two story, 3 bedroom, and bathroom house with a backyard. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a two car garage with one parking space available.

I live in the house in one of the smaller rooms. I'm a photographer and content creator and I work predominantly in the Fashion industry. I work predominantly from home. The other roommate, Michael, works in finance and is gone majority of the day. He is also a fashion designer and works events and shows on the weekend.

We keep a clean house and we're respectful and easy to get along with. The house is an open environment, but we also leave room for anyone to keep to themselves. Michael also has two small dogs. They are friendly and love attention and treats.

Room is $/month. Utilities, wifi, and power are separate; which all roomates will split event. It ranges between $ per month /per person.
