The monthly rent is a month the room is available on August 4. This is all bills paid with a private furnished bedroom with bathroom attached upstairs.The environment is very friendly and clean This ia a drug free and alcohol free home.There will be no smoking in the home. I ask that the potential tenant be clean and clean up after themselves in all shared areas. Proof of employment and rental history will need to be verified upon move in.
. The amenities would be washer and dryer on garage parking high speed internet along with streaming channels. There is a small dog in the home that lives downstairs or in my bedroom. The room is spacious with loads of closet space. At this time I am not renting to couples. There is also a weight limit for dogs that is pounds or less. The dog will need to be pottied trained an up to date on all vaccinations.Please do not send random like "I need a room" and your budget is below what the room is listed for.
