Need roommate for bath apt

Hello,

My current roommate is planning to move out mid-September. We had already signed a year lease so I need someone to take over her half. We live in a nice bath apartment in Worthington, Ohio. You would have a decent sized room, your own full bath, and a walk-in closet. You’d also have private access to the balcony.

I prefer female roommates. No dogs, but okay if you have a cat and are willing to pay the pet rent & pet deposit. (We have no pets currently.) It’s me and my 9-year old son who share my room. So would need to be okay with a kiddo in the house and associated noise at times. I’m friendly but mostly keep to myself. I’m clean and looking for someone who shares the desire to keep our shared living spaces clean and will clean up after themselves. No smoking inside please, and must be respectful and responsible.
