Seeking roommate in Logan Square

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment in Logan Square. Available September 1st for a short or long term lease. Two blocks from the California blue line stop, about a minute walk. Rent is $ plus utilities and internet. The place is fully furnished other than the bedroom. I’m happy to make space if you in the common areas if needed. I have a dog who isn’t friendly with other animals, so I need someone with no pets. The room fits a queen bed, there’s a huge outdoor space, basement storage, easy free street parking, and a third bedroom that I use for a home gym/craft space or whatever else we need.
