I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from September - August in a spacious square foot 4-bedroom apartment shared with three other roommates, just minutes from UC Davis. The apartment name is Ryder On Olive and is located on Olive Dr Davis CA. The suite includes a large, fully furnished private bedroom with two closet areas and a private bathroom featuring dual sinks. The shared space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living room with modern furniture and a TV, and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. You'll also have access to a dedicated parking space if you have a vehicle, as well as secure bike storage in the parking garage.

The building offers a range of amenities, including study rooms on each floor, a resort-style pool with nearby barbecue grills and fireplaces, and an arcade lounge with entertainment options like a pool table, virtual golf, foosball, etc. It’s a short 4-minute bike ride to the UC Davis campus via a direct path, and there are plenty of food options within walking distance, including In-N-Out, Dutch Bros, and a coffee shop right outside the building. The location also offers convenient freeway access, being right off the exit, and is close to downtown Davis.

Safety is a top priority, with a night security guard monitoring the premises.
