Hello. We have a single room available for rent in a safe, desirable, Placentia neighborhood.

We are 3 single professional females, renting a 4 bedroom house in Placentia. We are close to stores, restaurants, freeways, and Cal State University Fullerton. We have a small private room for rent with beautiful hardwood floors, mirrored closet doors, and fantastic natural lighting. You would share a bath with 1 other very clean female. There is safe street parking right in front of the house, full kitchens privileges, and on sight laundry. You will have 1 shelf in the fridge and pantry.
We are looking for a single female, who works full time, is clean and respectful, and pays rent on time.
We are a quiet household and usually settle in no later than p. Some of the house rules include, but are not limited to- no drinking, no drugs, no parties, no smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests.
Rent is $ monthly with an $ deposit upon move in. Room is available and is an annual lease.
