We are 2 single professional females, renting a 4 bedroom house in Placentia. We are close to stores, restaurants, freeways, and Cal State University Fullerton. We have 2 private rooms for rent with beautiful hardwood floors, mirrored closet doors, and fantastic natural lighting. You would share a bath with 1 other very clean female. There is safe street parking right in front of the house, full kitchens privileges, and on sight laundry. You will have 1 shelf in the fridge and pantry.
We are looking for a single
works full time DURING THE DAY- NO NIGHT TIME JOBS,, is clean and respectful, and pays rent on time.
We are a quiet household and usually settle in no later than p. Some of the house rules include, but are not limited to- no drinking, no drugs, no parties, no smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests.
Rent is $ monthly with an $ deposit upon move in. Rooms are available and are an annual lease.
