Hey!!!
Looking for a female roommate for the anytime between August - Beginning of September to share my apartment in Burbank starting in August (and sign a new lease w/ either a year or monthly)
My current apartment complex is in a great location: 5 minutes from the Burbank Empire Center (shops like Target & Walmart) and 5 minutes from Downtown Burbank.
Some quick facts about the apartment:
* It’s a bathroom apartment (each room has a walk in closet)
* Rent is ~ per person (not including electric + internet)
* Full kitchen (w/ a dishwasher)
* Large common area and balcony
* Every floor has two washer and dryers
* Parking spot is included!
* Apt complex has a pool and small gym as well
A little about me, I’m a year old female originally from Massachusetts but I moved out to LA 2 years ago. I work at an entertainment marketing agency and LOVE all things film and TV 🎬
I’m an avid reader and concert goer. Plus, I just love to go out and explore the LA area. I’d love to find a respectful, clean, and friendly roommate! I’d prefer someone without pets if possible.
