The other room, which leads directly from the en suite private bathroom, is the “ living room/ office “ area. There will be a small couch and other various furnishings, placed in the private living room. Brand new laminate flooring, freshly painted and sanitized. Common shared areas are fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. There is enough space in my garage for storage of items such as a bike or fishing gear. No smoking . No pets. No couples.
