Small bedroom available

Description

Hi everyone. I have a bedroom available in my 2 bedroom apartment. Cheap because:
1) I'm kinda desperate:)
2) small, older apartment
3) noisy neighborhood
4).I have a dog that sheds a LOT
Okay, those are the negatives.
The upsides are:
I'm very reliable, steady income. I am so quiet that you will barely know you have a roomie. I keep to myself because I'm very introverted. You will have the loving company of a wonderful dog and cat! I am honest, have integrity and am polite and friendly. I am quiet and rarely have visitors and am needing someone that also is like that. Homebodies/introverts welcome!
Please no active substance abuse issues. I don't drink or use drugs and don't want those around my life. I think someone around my age or older would be best but beggars can't be choosers all the time. It's a small apartment but I am rarely in living room because my bedroom is my sanctuary and safe spot.
