Park on Morton sublease

Description

My daughter and her roommate need to sublease their rooms in a bath apartment at the Park on Morton from August . Base rent is $ and electricity cost is based on usage. We will pay for the first month’s rent so average comes down to $ per person per month!

The apartment is furnished with lots of kitchen storage and very spacious living and bedrooms. It’s also west-facing featuring great views of the sunset throughout the year! It’s about a mile from Kelley with a bus stop to IU right outside the apartment.
