Need a sublet for my apartment

Description

I am looking for a girl to take over my lease at the Next! Had change of plans for school so I’ll be needing a sublet to take over! August is already paid for plus $ off a month. Rent will be $ + utilities. You will be rooming with 3 great, kind other girls. You get your own bathroom, bedroom with it already furnished. A washer & dryer in the apartment. You will also be on the second floor of the building.

-Huge pool with tons of lawn chairs to lay out!

-Lounge area with a kitchen & coffee machines
-Super nice gym for workouts
