Room for rent!

I have two rooms for rent in Round Lake heights IL
They are pretty spacious, with a big walking closet and bathroom, closet and bathroom are only shared between these two rooms.

Everything is included in the rent, all utilities even wifi.
One parking space per room.
Kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry are shared.
Its only me in the house, my young daughters come once or twice a week for that reason i’m only renting to woman. this house is all about safety and comfortability for everyone.
If you smoke, you drink and party a lot, this place is not for you.
This is a self improvement environment, good habits, good manners, good social circles, good mind sets etc.
No pets are allowed, maybe a cat but only if cat is trained and person responsable.
