{room can come furnished or unfurnished} Small private room shared bathroom available in 5 room townhouse 5 minutes from NCSU. Looking for someone to take over lease for at least 6months, ideally 1 year, with possibility to renew after next August. Free parking, bus route, pool, and nearby walking trails. Rent is a month since its a smaller room w/ closet. There is also an outside closet space for additional storage. Utilities are usually under a month. House has washer/dryer.

Roomates [m]are social, and everyone if LGBTQ friendly and college-age. Prefer someone similar that wants to be friends and do trivia nights and music with us.
