Hi! I'm Eric and I'm offering a bedroom in our killer house in a beautiful neighborhood in Bellevue. I've been renting and overseeing the property management for years here and hope for more! This is a bathroom house with finished basement. What I'm offering her is a single bedroom with its own private bathroom. All utilities including fiber internet, gas, electricity, water, trash pickup and recycling included with rent. First months rent will include a $ deposit which I will return upon your departure. Generally taking 3 months then an evaluation to see if everyone is cohesive in cohabitating. You be on the main floor with 2 other roomies Andy (audio Engineer/ Apple) and J.D. (U.P.S. deliver driver) while I am upstairs where my bedroom/ control room and tracking room is. We are all musicians any while this isn't a party house sometimeswe stay up late and play music whether recording, rehearsing or jamming we can be respectful within reason to one another's schedules.
