Lease up in October

Hey! I’m and work full-time as a pipefitter. My current lease is up in October, and I’m ready to get out of over $/month for a one-bedroom—so I’m on the hunt for a more reasonable place to live.I’m looking for an easygoing, pet-friendly living situation. We don’t need to be best friends, but I’m definitely open to some friendly banter and chill vibes around the house.Outside of work, I stay pretty active—I’m into golf, pickleball, I play on a men’s league baseball team, and I try to hit the gym regularly. When I’m home, I like to cook dinner, catch up on TV, and relax. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and generally keep to myself when I’m unwinding.I’ve been living in the Fort Mill/Indian Land area for the past year and a half and really liked it, but I’m flexible on location. Ideally, I’d love to be in the Ballantyne/southern Charlotte area. Budget-wise, if we’re splitting an apartment, my max is $/month. If I’m just renting a room I would hope to have to pay a lot less.
