Beautiful house in NLB/Bixby Knolls

Hey guys, I have a room in my house becoming available now in North Long Beach about a mile north of Bixby Knolls (about ten minutes from CSULB). I'm a young professional (I'm a manager in finance/banking). Outgoing and laid back. The other roommate in the house is in grad school and also is a professional athlete training for the men's USA cycling team.

The best candidate would be another young professional or a grad student. I like sports, outdoors, and I play a ton of volleyball, kickball, as well as other sports. I have pitbull named Truman; he is very well behaved.

The room is the 1 bedroom with its own bathroom. The pictures are of the actual bedroom and bathroom. The room is unfurnished. The room also has individual heat/AC in the room with remote so set the temperature to whatever you like. Fiber internet. Plenty of parking nearby. Additionally, I have a guest room you can feel free to use from time to time; and a desk with workstation (2 screens) you can use as well. I have furnished the rest of the house, but I also have some area for storage if needed. All utilities included no extra charge at the price listed. 1 month deposit + extra month's rent, good credit, clean background, work history required; minimum of 6 months lease.
