Looking for a cool roommate to join this brotherhood of a house. It’s a fairly large bedroom with a couch, desk, closet, queen bed and small sofa. The bathroom is shared. We keep a fairly clean household. All dirty dishes done before midnight. We keep it fairly quiet and very clean. You may bring one guest at time. It’s a short term lease agreement with a low security deposit. If you decided to leave I just ask for a day notice so I can find someone else to take the space. We have roommate happy hour at the local bar every two weeks. Imagine IT professionals that go to the gym. We run a 3D printing business, and we also like to have drinks on the patio.
