Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublease my bath unfurnished apartment (whole place to yourself!) at The Mill District starting December or January (flexible! let me know if you need to move in earlier or later!). The lease runs through the end of July .

Only 1 mile from downtown (walkable, lots of quiet streets to walk on as well)
Two coffee shops right outside your window
Super safe area with easy access to your car
Most residents are grad or law students (very quiet and peaceful)

Utilities (water, electric, Wi-Fi): typically $/month, depending on the season
Managed by College Town Properties:
maintenance available
This will be a lease transfer (I’m not resigning), but we can talk to the landlords if you’re interested in staying longer
