Looking for a person/people to takeover my lease in Arizona. The complex is San Piedra and is a luxury style apartment. Rent after fees is $, utilities range from $ in summer. Just signed a month lease month lease and unfortunately need to move somewhere cheaper and closer to work.

Amenities here are incredible. hour pool and fitness center. Leasing team responds within a day, maintenance always does repairs within days of request. The community has an app which has an area for people to make posts, a marketplace, rent payments, and tons of other things. It is a garden style community with a beautiful and incredibly comfortable environment.
