What’s crackin, housing peeps!? Shoot a dm and I’ll drop you the address. It’s right at the bus stop that takes you straight into UW campus.Also like right next to Ravenna park which is huge and straight up feels like you’re out in one of Washington’s forests. All rooms have their own private entrance except two of em. Also one room has a private bathroom plus private entrance.That’s not the best part. There’s three common areas; two downstairs and one upstairs.Main priorities for the squad is first and foremost cleanliness. Going to keep this castle looking tidy and impressive for hosting homies, significant others, family and to just in general keep in clean for the roomies. Pretty hard and fast “no dishes in the sink” rule and cmon let’s keep the bathrooms clean from face shavings and crusted toothpaste and whatnot. No one wants to see that at 6am after they hobble out of bed.Anyway 2nd priority is -sure gotta be friendliness. Looking to create a household that is supportive and can kind of be a friend group away from main friend groups.Rent is ) are big, private entrances, sweet roommates, if any of this sounds enticing shoot me a message. The people.We’re building a friendly, respectful, and clean house vibe. Think laid-back roommates who enjoy hanging out beyond their friend circles — but if you’re more of an introvert, that’s cool too, as long as you respect the community and keep things tidy. Have a friend to live with? Even better — multiple rooms are open.Location perks:• 4-min walk to The Ave (bars, restaurants, U-District energy)• Seconds from I-5 on/off ramp• Across from University Playground’s huge grassy field• 4-min bike ride to the light rail stationAbout the roommates:Friendly, clean, and into hikes, concerts, and exploring the local scene (Laughs Comedy Club is one block away). Mostly working professionals or PhD students; undergrads considered case-by-case. Cleanliness is huge here — if you leave stacks of dishes, this isn’t your spot. We keep the place guest-ready for friends, dates, or Taco Tuesday.About the rooms:Three rooms on the top floor, three on the middle, plus a large open kitchen/living space on the main floor. Top floor has 2 baths, middle has 1, and the ground level has 1 next to the kitchen. Every room has a double-wide closet.Bottom line: This isn’t a run-of-the-mill co-living setup.
