Your own attached kitchen with fridge (brand new fridge being installed – not pictured)

Private storage room (not pictured)
There’s no full oven/stove, but a hot plate and toaster oven are provided for your convenience.
We would share the basement laundry area and a home gym that includes a Peloton bike & tread, free weights, and more. If preferred, I’m happy to coordinate a respectful schedule for shared use—or move the gym to the garage prior to your move-in.

The property sits on one acre, with plenty of parking for cars, boats, etc.

Pets are welcome! Just need to be good with my three friendly dogs and free-roaming cat.

Utilities included, except we’ll split the heating cost. There’s also a hot tub in the back, usually closed in the winter.
