Looking to lease a room near LoDo

Description

Hi there, I’m looking to lease a room from someone with in close proximity to downtown Denver where I work. My lease ends September and I would like to start my lease sometime during the first week of September. I currently live in Lodo and really enjoy the opportunity to be able to walk to work. In the event that I found myself having to commute, and I found the right place with the right potential roommate, living outside of the LoDo area would likely not be an issue.
