Irish citizen moving to Ireland

Good day
I'm an Irish citizen who was born in Scotland. I'm married and years old. I'm looking for a flat or house in Ireland for a long term. The property has to be near to public transport as I don't drive but my wife does but will need to pass a test in Ireland before she can get a car, I work in the UK at the moment but will be looking for work nearer where I'm going to stay.
