I’m looking for a roommate for a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in a luxury bath apartment located in Cambridge Crossing. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C, and is part of a full-service building with concierge, a fully equipped gym, and spacious lounge areas. Just a 5-minute walk to Lechmere station. Building also has a grocery store that is open till 3am on weekends.

Rent: Total rent is $ - room splits are pretty equal so rent split is Month free bringing the prorated per room rent to $ each
Floor: th floor with a beautiful view
Lease: Lease starts Aug th but flexible to begin on the 1st. I’ve already signed the lease.

I enjoy hosting friends occasionally, so someone social and easygoing would be a great fit.
