Need Room ASAP

Description

I'm looking to move before the end of the month. I'm looking to get info, view the space, and sign a lease/pay ASAP. I will likely not actually move in until the last week or two of August, if that matters.

I've never missed/been late with a rent or utility payment. I'm willing to pay any necessary fees as part of the move-in process or work out any credit concerns before signing.

I'm not expecting a huge room, perfect location, etc. for my budget. I'm just looking for a place that's clean and safe, and for roommates who are responsible, sane, and communicative. I'd strongly prefer female roommates.
