Master bedroom in West Medford!

Hi All,

My roommates (M) and I (M) are looking to fill a master bedroom in our bath house in West Medford about a 4 minute walk from the train starting (can potentially commmodate a little early to
avoid the September rush). Looking for around $ for the room which includes a private bath and walk in closet. Ideally we're looking for someone clean, in their later 's to early 's who we can be friends with - no preference on gender. Please note we have one very social kitten!

About us:

We're all clean, one works in healthcare (rarely home) while two are hybrid in the tech space. On the weekends we will usually be hiking, at the beach, playing sports, at the bar or hosting friends. On weekdays you'll usually find a combination of working out, gaming, Seinfeld and anime.
