Master bedroom in east village

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment in East Village (Downtown) — you’d be taking the master bedroom.

I’m open to either one person or a couple. I'm an engineer and work from home most of the day, and would prefer someone quiet and respectful with a similar lifestyle (someone who works or studies rather than parties)

Rent will need to be confirmed with management (in case anything changes with the lease transfer), but the estimate is around two K per month, plus Wi-Fi and electricity on top of that.

It’s a great option for someone currently renting a studio or 1-bedroom alone — this setup offers better value without sacrificing quality.

My current roommates (a couple) are moving out in October, so the room will be available in November or December.

Credit check and standard application process are required.

Amenities: pool, jacuzzi, gym, yoga room, multiple lounges, and a clubhouse. There are great coffee shops nearby — IZOLA, Hinar, and others.
