We are looking for roommate for vacant room in the house. Everyone is very nice and normal, clean and respectful. There are cats in the house. There is a big kitchen, backyard. It is a very well established historical neighborhood one block from the Mission Inn.

The house is a cozy, safe, shared housing situation with down to earth, clean, chill room-mates
It is very big and clean. The room is unfurnished. It is available pretty much right now.

Here you get the privacy and space to yourself- your room is like your apartment. However, because the house and yard is so big, you also get the ability to roam in a large type house

What is most important to us is that:
1. you are clean
2. You are considerate
3. You can afford the room
4. You are okay with cats.

Student or working professional preferred.
We are not antisocial but we are not party animals either. Mostly quiet during the week. Sometimes we have friends over but typically no overnight guests, and no one lounging in living room. Kinda keep to ourselves but we support each other and are friends. We are looking for someone compatible.

HARD DRUG USE- ie, meth, heroin, is immediate disqualifier. Don't waste our time or yours. We are not that kind of people. 420 is fine, drinking is fine. Smoking outside only.
