The community is centrally located only minutes from I- minutes from shopping centers, yet remote enough to feel like you are nowhere near the city life. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and surrounded by farming and cattle land. It is located only miles from hiking trails, miles from Balm Boyette Mountain bike park and miles from Alafia State Park.

The house has extra-long driveways, a 3-car garage, attic storage, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office, laundry room, pantry and features an open layout that makes entertaining easy.  The fully fenced-in backyard accesses the back pond and future walking paths. The covered patio is a relaxing place to watch the most enchanting sunsets and grill out.

What I am looking for in a roommate:

·       Middle-aged Male

·       Non-smoking

·       Employed or retired

·       Keeps common areas clean

·       Limited parties

·       No large pets, ask for any exceptions

·       ID verification, State and Federal background check, No criminal history, Rental references validated & confirmed prompt payment

What is included in the rent:

·       Private bedroom

·       One spot in the 3-car garage

·       One spot on the driveway

·       Shared kitchen, pantry, living room, laundry room, home gym area and patio / grill.

·       Storage space in attic (not climate controlled)

·       High-speed Wi-fi

·       All-access “TV” app- includes all channels, shows, and movies

·       If needed- I could supply fully furnished bedroom, including queen size bed, 2-drawer bed-side table and television.

Roommate responsibilities:

·       Half of the utilities: electricity, water, sewage, trash, lawn & pest maintenance
